Home Rhino takes care of Re-Development projects with the help of other partners into JV or outsourced model. We undertake such projects and take care of responsibilities of both sides i.e. Developers and Members of the Society/Society.
In our vast experience, we have seen that there are always discrepancies between developer/builder/society/members. We ensure that there is no such discrepancy among all the key stakeholders and the deal is very smooth till completion of the project.
In some of the projects, builders/developers show a different plan to the society whereas they get approval for an entirely different project; it results in the increased hassles for the society as the society is left on the mercy of the BMC officials. Being a project management company, we will ensure verification of the plans of building prepared by the developers for the society members with special emphasis on the criteria including area calculations, planning, legalization and authorization of the area allotted to the members. Any changes or discrepancies in the plans of the society building prepared by the builder should be in agreement with the satisfaction of the society members.
A regular visit of a project manager is arranged 3-4 times a week. The quality of the constructions is given utmost importance so as to avoid recurring expensive repairs later. Being project management consultants, we would be supervising the quality of the construction and verify the structural plan. We will be issuing necessary instructions or specifications to the contractor as per the needs of the structure in order to have lifelong durability.
We ensure that the work is carried out as per approved plans and as per the commitments made by the developer with the society. We also check if all the necessary approvals are obtained by the builder at each and every stage of the work.
